Terms & Conditions

  1. Role of Guided Malta: Guided Malta acts as a tour organiser only. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, accident, injury, delay, or irregularity occurring during the course of the excursion. While we make every effort to ensure that your day runs smoothly, we strongly recommend that all clients obtain suitable travel insurance.
  2. Accuracy of Information & Pricing: We endeavour to ensure that all information and prices published on our website or other media are accurate. However, occasional changes and errors may occur. Guided Malta reserves the right to correct pricing errors and amend details at any time without prior notice. All prices quoted on the website are for guidance purposes only unless confirmed in writing via invoice.
  3. Bookings & Confirmation: All tour guide bookings are subject to availability and suitability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation and an official invoice from Guided Malta. We accept bookings up to 15 days before the tour date, subject to guide availability. For bookings requested less than 15 days before the tour date, availability cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking early to secure guide availability.
  4. Invoice Validity & Payment: Invoices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, availability cannot be guaranteed. Bookings are fully confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  5. Operational Information: Detailed operational information, including: Final arrangements; Meeting instructions; Tour leader contact details will be provided approximately 15 days prior to the arrival date.
  6. Cancellation by Guided Malta: In unforeseen extreme circumstances, including: Severe or extreme weather conditions; Guide unavailability; Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Guided Malta reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
  7. Client Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date are 100% refundable; Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date are 50% refundable; Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  8. Photography & Media: Photos taken by the guides during tours may be used on the Guided Malta website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear in photographs must inform the guide at the start of the tour.
  9. Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients and guests obtain suitable: Travel insurance; Medical insurance; Cancellation insurance. Guided Malta does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
