Tour Information
Gozo Channel Crossing
Your adventure begins aboard the Gozo Channel ferry, the main sea link between Malta and Gozo. The crossing takes around 25 minutes and offers panoramic views of Malta’s northern coastline, the open Mediterranean, and the island of Comino, famous for its crystal-blue waters.
As we arrive in Gozo, the change in atmosphere is instant, the island is greener, quieter, and more rural than Malta, with a relaxed pace and an authentic, traditional charm.
Dwejra
We visit Dwejra, one of the island’s most famous geological and ecological sites. Here you’ll discover the striking Inland Sea and admire the dramatic coastal cliffs shaped over thousands of years.
Weather permitting, you may take an optional boat trip that explores the caves and the dramatic coastal scenery, an unforgettable experience.
Victoria
We head to Victoria, the bustling capital of Gozo. This lively town is the island’s main hub, filled with local shops, traditional bakeries, open squares, and narrow side streets full of character. It’s the perfect place to experience everyday Gozitan life, from small family-run boutiques to the central market area where locals often gather.
You’ll have time to stroll through the charming streets, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and take in the authentic rhythm of the town.
Citadella
In the heart of Victoria rises the Citadella, a fortified hilltop city inhabited since the Bronze Age. We explore its medieval streets, historic houses, and the impressive architecture introduced during the rule of the Knights of St. John.
From the top of its bastions, enjoy 360-degree panoramic views across all of Gozo and, even on clear days, the northern coastline of Malta.
Xlendi
We’ll stop at Xlendi Bay, one of the most atmospheric and scenic spots on Gozo.
Nestled in a sheltered inlet on the island’s southwest coast, Xlendi is edged by striking limestone cliffs, with a small sandy-and-pebbly beach. The village is compact and charming: modest houses cluster around the water, and a narrow waterfront promenade lines the bay, with cafés and waterfront eateries. There is also time to take photos or enjoy a peaceful stroll along the promenade.
Ta' Pinu Sanctuary
We also visit the serene and majestic Ta’ Pinu Basilica, one of Gozo’s most important spiritual landmarks. Standing alone in the countryside, the church is renowned for its peaceful setting and elegant Romanesque architecture.
Inside, the basilica is adorned with beautiful mosaics and offerings of thanksgiving that tell the personal stories of people who sought comfort or miracles here. The site is deeply connected to Maltese religious tradition and offers a tranquil moment to reflect while enjoying sweeping views of Gozo’s rural landscape.
